We will leave for our journey into wellness from Russiz Superiore, in the company of the same name built where once stood a small village whose walls are still partly visible, among coffees, pastries and relaxing walks among the rows; we will continue with an extrasensory experience in Ferruccio Sgubin’s company, among the thousand shades of green that Dolegna can give to its guests, on a walk through the woods that will lead us, with a small ascent, to a spectacular viewpoint, the ideal place to rediscover the land of our origins in a guided group meditation; we will proceed at a slow pace on the path of the Vigne Alte to savor its beauty, in a green bath among the grand crus of the Collio between La Subida and the Castello di Spessa; we will end our experience in the charming tenth-century rustic of Casa delle Rose, in Ruttars, where a show cooking by the pool will enhance our senses with the traditional flavors of our land.
